Welcome to the journey of Breath and Movement with me. The idea of sharing my knowledge with you, my brilliant students, came after I discovered how naturally our mind and body can be lead to something beautiful, working as one. I would like to invite you to join me on this very special path after gaining this incredible knowledge from teachers that have inspired me and those who I have yet to meet. I am grateful for everyone who has helped me to realize that all of us matter in this world, even when it seems so unbelievable. Now relax and take this journey with me.

Gaisva was certified as Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance) with the 'Teach Yoga Limited', completed Intensive Course with Shiva Rea 'Embodying the Flow: Foundation to Teaching Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga', attended the Advanced Anatomy training course entitled 'Principles of Dynamic Alignment & Intelligent Adjustments' in Thailand  and currently teaching in East London.
